Our meditation classes are conducted by Middle Way meditation instructors, and practitioners. They teach easy to learn techniques that when practiced regularly can lead to a calmer, happier state-of-mind. Though many of us are aware that meditation can help with stress, it’s hard to find time to relax and focus. Group meditation keeps you motivated and provides support so you don’t have to meet the challenge on your own.

To achieve this, we kindly request that all participants adhere to a modest dress code. By dressing appropriately, we aim to create a comfortable atmosphere where everyone can fully immerse themselves in the practice of meditation.
To maintain a respectful environment, we kindly ask that participants avoid wearing see-through clothing, tank tops, or short pants. This simplification of our dress code promotes a sense of modesty and encourages a deeper level of concentration.
Adhering to this dress code not only fosters a sense of unity amongst participants, but also allows for a more undisturbed and profound meditation experience. We believe that by simplifying our guidelines, we create an inclusive space where all individuals can feel at ease and fully engage in the transformative practice of meditation.
